Our instructors have undergone rigorous training, achieving black belts in both Shotokan and Goju-Ryu styles. They are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential in a safe and enjoyable environment. Classes are open to adults and children aged 5 and above, from beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on discipline, confidence, self-defence, and fitness.
