Members and Visitors 18 Hole Competition Saturday mornings are reserved for our Members and Visitors 18 hole competition. Tee times are available from 7am to 12:30pm. This competition is open to both members and visitors, allowing golfers of all skill levels to compete and enjoy the course. Bookings can be made by calling the club or through our online booking system.

Social Play If you're looking for a casual round of golf, our course is open for social play throughout the week. From Monday to Sunday, the course is available for play at various times. On Saturday after 1pm, players are welcome to come out and enjoy the course. Our green fees for social play are $30 for 18 holes and $20 for 9 holes.

We also offer a special Sunday and Monday rate of $20 for all-day, unlimited holes, excluding public holidays. Members have the privilege of paying a discounted rate of $5 for unlimited holes.

Golf Cart Hire For those who prefer to ride, we offer golf cart hire for both members and visitors. Our fleet of 20 modern EZGO Golf Carts is available at the rate of $30 for 18 holes and $36 for visitors, and $15 for members for 9 holes. Please note that carts are to be driven by individuals over the age of 18 and cart signage must be obeyed. We also have rules in place to ensure safe and responsible cart usage.

Club and Buggy Hire Our club offers both club and buggy hire for those who need equipment for their game. Basic club hire is available at $10, or you can upgrade to premium clubs for $30. Buggy hire is available for $5. We recommend adhering to the course and cart rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all players.

Kempsey Golf Club provides a scenic and enjoyable golfing experience. Our 18-hole Par 72 course is set in a natural bushland environment with a creek and dam, offering a uniquely Australian golfing experience. The course features tree-lined fairways with a gently undulating layout, offering a challenge for golfers of all skill levels. With four Par 3s, eight Par 4s, and four Par 5s, players can enjoy a variety of hole types and strategic challenges.

The club also has a number of reciprocal arrangements with other golf clubs in New South Wales, including Foster/Tuncurry, Eastlakes, Woolgoolga, Toronto, Taree, Merewether, Tamworth, and Gosford. This allows our members to enjoy playing at these clubs and provides opportunities for new golfing experiences.

Whether you're a veteran golfer, a lady golfer, or a newcomer to the sport, Kempsey Golf Club welcomes you to join our competitions and enjoy our facilities. Our veterans golf club holds a weekly event every Tuesday, with various formats and challenges. Lady members have their own competition every Wednesday, mixing up events such as Stableford and stroke play. Visitors and new members are encouraged to join and participate.

Our “Millionaires” competition takes place every Thursday, attracting a large field of members for an 18-hole single Stableford. It's an open competition, meaning visitors are more than welcome to join in the excitement. Tee times can be booked by contacting the club or through our online reservation system.

If you're looking for a social game, our Thursday 9-hole social competition called “The Dash for Cash” is perfect for players of all abilities. Played during Daylight Savings Time from our yellow social markers, this competition allows players to tee off between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. A local handicap is provided each week, creating a fair and enjoyable experience.
