Our knowledgeable instructors are dedicated to helping you get the most out of each session.
Our yoga studio provides a peaceful and serene space to practise and relax. With a range of classes available, from gentle flow to power yoga, our experienced yoga instructors will guide you through each pose and help you find balance and peace of mind. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practise, our classes are designed to cater to all levels.
Located in the Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Level B005 on Marine Parade, our Southport studio is conveniently situated for easy access. We offer flexible membership options, including annual and no-lock-in monthly memberships. Our gym hours are from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 11:30 pm, and our Pilates studio hours are from Monday to Sunday, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.
