At KC Fit, we understand how busy life can get, which is why we offer flexible class sessions that fit around your schedule. We want you to find a time that works for you, so you can comfortably commit and look forward to each week. Whether you're a morning person or prefer evening workouts, we have options that cater to your needs.
Our classes are designed to provide a well-rounded workout experience. Our Bootcamp-style sessions incorporate a mix of cardio, body-weight exercises, and strength work using a range of equipment such as dumbbells, tyres, battle ropes, kettlebells, and resistance bands. If you're interested in honing your boxing skills while improving your overall fitness and strength, our boxing classes are perfect for you. We prioritise technique, fitness, and strength, with a special focus on core and pelvic floor safety.
If you're looking for a more targeted approach, our Sub30 Core Restore & Cardio class is ideal. The first half of the session focuses on deep core engagement, while the second half provides low-impact cardio to get your heart rate up and make you break a sweat. For those who prefer lifting weights, our online Strength class focuses on technique while lifting heavier weights, and our HIIT class offers 30 minutes of self-paced bodyweight cardio, with a strong emphasis on core and pelvic floor safety. We ensure that all exercises can be adapted for all body types.
As a mum, we understand that childcare can be a challenge. That's why we offer a free onsite babysitter for our 9. 15am classes, so you can drop off your little ones at school or daycare and dedicate 45 minutes to yourself. If you don't have anyone to watch the kids, no problem!
Our babysitter will take care of them while you focus on your workout.
In addition to our in-person classes, we also offer Live Online sessions via Zoom, which you can join from anywhere. If you can't make it to a live session, don't worry, as all our classes are recorded and available for 24 hours.
Our class blocks align with the school holidays for your convenience, so you can plan your workouts accordingly. We have four blocks throughout the year, with each block lasting several weeks.
Our classes are held at different locations, including Matua Ngaru School in Gilbransen Road, Huapai, and Huapai Domain & Shed X in Kumeu. Each class has a specific focus, from Mum's Boxing to Bootcamp, Strong Mums, Sub30 Core Restore & Cardio, and “Mix it Up. ” Please refer to our timetable for more details.
We understand that you may have some questions before joining our gym. Some frequently asked questions include whether you can try a session before signing up for a block, if you can pick and choose different sessions each week, what happens in bad weather, how soon after childbirth you can join, and whether our classes are safe for mums.
