Kayahara Judo Club

Have to be done properly, so he sought out Sensei Harry Golfetto, a 3rd degree black belt from London Judo Club, to mentor him. Sensei Golfetto would come to Windsor on the weekends and personally work with Mike. Mike learned a lot from Sensei Golfetto, and he was instrumental in helping Mike to achieve his black belt. By 1986, Mike started to handle all the classes by himself and successfully kept the club going.

In 1990, Mike started teaching at the YMCA and other clubs in the area. The Kayahara Judo Club is still going strong today under the leadership of Sensei Mike McLeod with over 40 years of history. The club holds classes at the Riverside Minor Hockey Association (RMHA) located at 1921 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm.

The cost is $40 per month for an individual or $80 per month for a family. Drop-ins are welcome for $10 per class.
