Looking for a great Pilates experience in Auckland? Check out Katie Quirke Pilates! Katie's studio combines classical Pilates with elements of dance and yoga, making every session engaging and uplifting.
Katie Quirke, who’s studied ballet and Pilates extensively, aims to help everyone feel stronger, more flexible, and free in their movements. She's got an Advanced Mat Pilates certification from London and over 20 years of dance teaching experience.
You can join group classes or book private sessions at her home studio. Group Mat Classes are available online on Monday (9:30 am) and Friday (6:00 am), or in-person on Wednesday (7:30 pm) and Thursday (9:15 am). Private sessions can be one-on-one or with a small group.
For a more tailored session, try Reformer classes for two. They’re perfect for fine-tuning your Pilates practice.
People love the benefits – Rachael says she feels invigorated and free after class, but knows she's had a great workout the next day.
Katie Quirke Pilates is at Torbay Sailing Club, Aicken Reserve, Beach Rd, Torbay, Auckland. Private sessions are at 1/2 Sealy Road, Torbay 0630.
