Children can choose from classes such as Classical Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Modern Jazz, Acro Dance, Mini Movers, Street Dance, and Conditioning. Adult classes include Step Reebok, Tap, and Zumba. Private lessons are also available for children.

Classical Ballet classes promote physical strength, agility, concentration, balance, coordination, and improved posture and alignment. Pointe training is available for students who meet specific physical development criteria. Contemporary Modern Jazz classes focus on building strength and flexibility to convey emotions through interpretation of various musical genres. Conditioning classes improve core strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Acro Dance classes blend classical dance technique with acrobatic elements, focusing on flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. Musical Theatre classes combine song, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance, drawing inspiration from Broadway and the West End. Mini Movers classes are designed for toddlers and young children, incorporating dance, song, and movement to music.

Kathryn Downs Academy of Dance is a registered centre with The Dang Collective, offering training for their Musical Theatre examinations. This syllabus provides comprehensive triple-threat training in dance, singing, and acting.
