One of Kath's specialisations is in strength and resistance training. She starts with the basics, teaching clients how to move properly and instructing them on the correct technique for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, pressing, and pulling. Through strength training, Kath not only helps her clients become stronger and feel great, but also achieve a leaner and more toned physique.
Kath is also passionate about pre and postnatal training, providing safe and effective exercise programmes for women throughout their pregnancy and after giving birth. Recognising that each pregnancy and birth experience is unique, Kath adapts her workouts to suit the individual needs of her clients. Her years of experience in this area, as well as running mum and baby exercise classes, ensures that her clients are in safe hands.
Kath offers two personal training packages to cater to clients' needs: 121 personal training and 221 personal training. In 121 sessions, the focus is exclusively on the client, with personalised workouts and expert guidance to meet their goals. In 221 sessions, Kath incorporates both individual and group exercises, keeping things fun and challenging.
Kath is a Level 3 REPs qualified Personal Trainer with YMCA Fit, as well as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor. She is also certified in Modern Pregnancy & Modern Post Natal Exercise and Wellness with Jenny Burrell Education, Crossfit Level 1, Level 1 British Weight-Lifting, and Indoor Cycling and High-Intensity Interval Training.
