Ms. Katharine Robinson, the founder and head instructor of the school, brings over 50 years of highland dance experience and expertise to her students. As a Life Member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance, and a member of the Judges Panel of the Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing, Ms. Robinson's passion for dance and dedication to her students are unparalleled.
The school's tartan, the Lady K Robinson 50 and Beyond Commemorative Tartan, reflects the school's values of joy, pride, and triumph over obstacles. The vibrant colours of blue, red, purple, black, and white symbolize Scotland, Canada, and the joy of dancing, while also representing the school's dedication to celebrating its rich history and achievements.
