Kata Course

Adelaide Uni Judo Club invites players to join the upcoming Kata course led by Astrid Machulik, a renowned Kata specialist at the club. Astrid, who has received extensive training at the Kodokan, is the only German judoka with diplomas in all 7 kata from the prestigious institution. Participants can look forward to learning Nage no Kata, Katame no Kata, Kodokan Goshin Jutsu, and more under her expert guidance.
