Following a serious back injury while playing rugby league, he discovered the transformative power of martial arts at the young age of 16. Since then, he has dedicated his life to finding the most holistic approach to training in martial arts, yoga, and personal fitness. With over 35 years of experience, Karl has honed his skills and expertise through training with Masters in Okinawa, Japan.
He is a three-time All Style Okinawan World Karate Champion, winning in 1992, 1993, and 1996.
