Experienced, Kardia Ninjas has something for everyone. With over 10,000 sq ft of space, our Ninja Warrior gym located in Brantford, Ontario offers a range of classes and open gym times for kids, teens, and adults of all fitness levels.
Founded in 2020 by Joel Smith, also known as The Ninja Guy, Kardia Ninjas was created to share his family's passion for fitness with the community. Our gym is designed to be family-friendly, where parents can work out alongside their children. The facility features state-of-the-art obstacles, including 14. 5 ft and 10 ft warped walls, over 250 ft of obstacle courses, and more.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or consider yourself a seasoned fitness fanatic, Kardia Ninjas has classes and programs to suit your needs. We offer weekly classes for all ages and fitness levels, led by certified personal trainers. In addition, we have birthday party rooms that can also be used for corporate events, making Kardia Ninjas the perfect place for fun and team-building activities.
Safety is our top priority at Kardia Ninjas. Our entire obstacle area is covered in Carpet Bonded Foam Flooring, with protective padding around truss columns and crash mats under each obstacle. This ensures a safe environment for all our members to train and have fun.
