Additionally, there are classes on Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am at the salle ''Les Arts Locos'' in Val-David, exclusively for registered members.

Denis Blondin, with his decades of experience, started his karate journey in 1986 at the age of 23. He discovered that karate not only improved his physical fitness but also enhanced his coordination, balance, flexibility, reaction speed, and mental agility.
