Master Panton, a Fourth Dan Black Belt in Wado Ryu Karate and a First Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, leads the team as Master Instructor. Having been recognised for his skill, hard work, and dedication, Master Panton was promoted to Master Instructor in June 2018 by the Chief Instructors of Leadership Martial Arts. With experience in developing black belt students, instructors, and school owners, Master Panton is known for making a positive impact on many students of all ages.

Sensei Roper, a Senior Instructor at Karate Leadership UK, is fully committed to her own training as well as her students'. She continuously strives to enhance her skills, technique, and understanding, ensuring that her creative and fun classes bring about a significant change in the lives of many. Sensei Roper, who understands the benefits of martial arts, is passionate about sharing them with families in the local community.

Sensei Oscar Panton, an Academy Instructor with a rank of 3rd Dan Black Belt, has been training since the age of 3 when he joined the Little Ninjas Programme. Under the guidance of Chief Master Marsh, Sensei Oscar developed his skills and knowledge at the Karate Leadership UK headquarters in Lordswood. As an integral part of the Ashford Academy since its establishment in 2010, Sensei Oscar has played a vital role in encouraging new students and providing support to those in need. He was recognised for his outstanding work during the lockdown period, where he taught tirelessly online.

Mrs. Parker, an Academy Instructor with a rank of 2nd Dan Black Belt, is a dedicated student of both Karate and Kickboxing. Known for her determination and Black Belt Attitude, she sets the standard for others to follow. Mrs.
