Kaos Summer Novice

Join the Kaos Summer Novice event at Kaos Strength Gym Comp Day! The competition will include various classes for men and women, including beginners and novices. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their strength in different challenges such as Log Press for Reps, 15” Deadlift for Reps, Throwing bags over 3.8m, Farmers 10m+10m, and Loading Race. Winners will receive trophies and certificates, with competition t-shirts and medals for all competitors. Spectators can purchase tickets for £3 at the door and enjoy an exciting day of strength competitions. Please note that on-site parking will not be available, so make sure to find parking in the surrounding streets. Don't miss out on this thrilling event!
