Our classes take place every Tuesday evening from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm at St. Luke's in The Avenue. Suitable for ages 14 and up, our classes welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We cover a wide range of areas, including traditional forms, partner drills, chi sau, self-defence scenarios, clinchwork, throws/takedowns, padwork, and sparring.
