The West Norfolk Rowing Club in Downham Market is excited to announce the Junior Learn To Row event, a fantastic opportunity for young individuals to dive into the world of rowing. Whether you're a fan of team sports or prefer taking on challenges individually, rowing offers something for everyone.

Here at West Norfolk, we believe in providing a unique experience by focusing on teaching rowing in a single scull. This allows participants to take on the sport at their own pace and provides a sense of independence on the water. While the courses for the 2023 Junior Learn To Row event are fully subscribed, we are thrilled to announce that we will be offering places for courses starting in Spring and Summer 2024.

When you join the Junior Learn To Row course at West Norfolk, we've got you covered. All the necessary equipment will be provided, and the training will be conducted by our registered coaches from British Rowing. The course includes six sessions, followed by regular junior squad training. We encourage attendees to join us on a weekly basis, as rowing is a technical sport that requires consistent practice to master. The course fees cover not only the tuition but also equipment usage, insurance, and Junior Club Membership until November 30th.
