Scoil Rince Creer Irish Dance School, a renowned Contemporary Dance club in Carlingford, is thrilled to announce the upcoming Junior Irish programme. This incredible opportunity is specifically designed for dancers aged 8-10 who are in elementary grade or higher.
In the Junior Irish programme, dancers will have the chance to explore more complex steps, without any restrictions on the type of performance they can deliver. Moreover, they will continue to refine their techniques and enhance their musicality, all while being challenged with exciting new routines.
For those who aspire to compete in feisanna, local competitions held throughout the year, attending 2–3 classes per week is highly recommended. These classes will provide dancers with the necessary skills and training to excel in these thrilling events.
To make the program as accessible as possible, classes for Junior Irish are held at the Carlingford Scout Hall. This conveniently allows dancers to attend classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, dependant on their schedule and availability.
