The Junior Golf Camps at Goderich Sunset Golf Club offer children the opportunity to work with Todd, who provides a variety of fun and educational programs to help them improve their golf fundamentals. Todd aims to instil a great sense of accomplishment, confidence to play on any golf course, and a lifelong love for the game of golf. Golf is not only a recreational activity but also promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, teaching core values like honesty, integrity, patience, and sportsmanship. All campers will receive a Baby Boomer membership and a paid JR League entry, making this camp experience even more rewarding.
The camps are available for all ages, starting at 6, with various dates in July 2024. The fee for the camps is $249.00, which includes HST, and additional weeks may be available for TBD per child. Tax receipts for children's sports participation will be issued. Each camp day will include activities like warm-up on the Driving Range, Full Swing or Short Game Instruction, practice drills, games, and lunch served at the Halfway House. The schedule may vary based on availability and weather conditions.
Parents must prepay to secure their child's spot in each camp, as space is limited. A medical/contact form must also be filled out along with payment. The Cuzzy Bear Camps are sponsored by Sharon Cousins and the Cuzzy Tournament, with spots filling up quickly in the past, so immediate sign-up is recommended. To register, contact 519-524-8047.
