Introducing an exciting new addition to the Junior Sports lineup at Brisbane West Indoor Sports Centre – Junior Cricket! We can't wait to see this competition take off and get local kids active and involved in Indoor Sports. The competition will run in Terms 2 and 3 each year, so mark your calendars!
It's time to get your child signed up for our winter 2020 Junior Cricket program. Simply give us a call or click 'Start Playing' below to nominate your child. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected] or give us a ring on 3376 8600.
So how does it all work? It's actually quite simple! You can either nominate your child as part of a whole team or as an individual player. Once you've done that, we'll assign you a game time for your child's team each week. All you need to do is bring them to the centre – no training sessions or volunteering required! Our junior competitions take place right here, so there's no need to travel for away games.
We have Junior Cricket nights available throughout the week, from Sundays to Fridays. Take your pick and find a day that works best for you and your little cricketer. Each game consists of 8 × 7 ball overs per innings and lasts approximately 45 minutes – perfect for some action-packed fun!
In terms of uniforms, players are required to wear batting gloves for safety purposes. Please make sure your child is properly equipped before the game.
