The circuit and personal programs include a variety of basic physical activities, with use of some gym equipment, focusing on fundamental motor skills and correct technique, helping your children become fit and healthy and have fun in a fully supervised gym program with the occasional session at the beach, river and a SUP session.
It’s not just about fitness; it’s also about helping each other, setting challenges and creating adventures. We focus on not only the competition but taking part, both things to be proud of.
