Our Youth Development Programme takes place on weekdays after school and on weekends. We offer two-hour sessions to provide ample time for skill development, tactical understanding, and gameplay. The sessions are held in West London, South West London, and South East London, ensuring accessibility for children across the city.
The coaching staff at JTL FC Academy is highly qualified and experienced. Led by Hilo Lemo, who has coached at renowned clubs such as Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and RC Lens, our coaches are committed to imparting their knowledge and expertise to the players. They are all UEFA A or B qualified, ensuring the highest standard of coaching.
One of the core principles of our Academy is the methodology derived from PSG and Barcelona FC. We firmly believe in the game of possession, perception, and decision-making. Our training sessions focus on teaching players the importance of maintaining possession, making intelligent decisions on the field, and perceiving the game in order to exploit opportunities and create scoring chances.
In addition to our regular training programme, we also offer special events such as themed birthday parties. These events provide a fun and engaging way for children to celebrate their special day while also enjoying football activities with their friends. Our experienced coaches will ensure that the event is entertaining, inclusive, and memorable for everyone involved.
At JTL FC Academy, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our players. All our coaches have a safeguarding certificate and undergo DBS checks to ensure a safe and secure environment for the children. We have a code of conduct in place to maintain discipline and respect within the Academy.
