Jo Tuffrey - Online Workout Club is a comprehensive Physical Fitness Programme located in Beaconsfield. With over 30 years of experience in Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga, and Strength Training, Jo Tuffrey has designed a programme that aims to improve Strength, Stamina, and Suppleness.

By joining the Workout Club, members gain access to over 300 carefully choreographed exercise classes that can be done at any time and anywhere. This on-demand feature allows individuals to fit their workouts into their own schedules. Additionally, members receive unlimited access to a variety of videos, a monthly programme with four classes a week, and two brand new classes every week.
