School Inc. Jolly Swim School Inc. has been a beloved institution in London for nearly four decades. Originally operating out of a backyard pool on Riverside Dr.

, the school now calls the Berkshire Club on Berkshire Dr. its home. Many of the parents in our program today were once students of Jolly Swim School themselves, reminiscing about the days of cold water and being thrown into the pool as children.

Owned and operated by Judy Hubert (nee Roper), a former student and instructor of the School, Jolly Swim School has maintained its reputation for excellence in teaching kids how to swim. Judy's passion for helping children become confident swimmers is evident in the warm and encouraging atmosphere she has cultivated at the Berkshire Club pool.

Jolly Swim School's philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child can learn to swim in the right environment. With a focus on individual and program goals, our qualified instructors use a scaffolding model to break down strokes into basic movements that are then built into proper strokes. Our low student-teacher ratio ensures that each child receives the attention and support they need to succeed.

Lessons at Jolly Swim School are held at the Berkshire Club, providing a friendly and non-intimidating setting with warm water conditions. Instructors encourage and support each child in their development, teaching not only the proper strokes but also important lifesaving skills. Although there are no lessons scheduled for the fall of 2022, Jolly Swim School looks forward to returning in early 2023.
