John Dang Boxing is a personal trainer based in South East London, specialising in boxing and combat sports. With over 15 years of experience in the field, John is a fully qualified boxing coach who has achieved great success in his own competitive career. In 2017, he won gold at the Haringey Box Cup, becoming the Champion in the 69 kg category. Throughout his career, he has had over 20 fights and reached the elite level.
In addition to boxing, John also has experience in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and has competed professionally on shows such as the Muay Thai Grand Prix held at the o2 London. This diverse combat sports background has provided him with a unique skill set and knowledge that he utilises in his coaching.
John's coaching journey has been a natural progression from his own successful career, and it has been his full-time profession since 2016. He has coached individuals of all abilities, ranging from top level amateurs to white collar contenders and complete beginners. No matter the skill level or experience, John can tailor training programmes specific to each individual's goals.
