As a PGA Golf Professional Coach, Joe offers golf lessons at the Parc Golf Club in Newport, NZ. He turned professional in 2012 after an incredibly successful amateur career, representing Wales both nationally and internationally. Joe's achievements include winning the Welsh Schools Championship in 2006, the Welsh Boys Open Stroke Play and Match Play in 2007, and reaching the semi-finals of The Amateur Championship in 2008.

Since embarking on his PGA qualification in 2012, Joe's focus has been on coaching and developing young golf talents in Wales. He was appointed by the Gwent Golf Union in 2013 to encourage new juniors to join Gwent Golf Clubs. In 2015, Joe became the Under 16 & Under 18 coach for the Gwent Golf Union, leading the team to victory in the Channel League for the first time. This commitment and passion for developing golfers earned him the Wales Golf PGA Professional of The Year award in 2016.
