Having experienced a disabling medical condition in his early twenties, Joe was determined to find a cure without relying on medication. Through diet changes and gentle exercise, Joe was able to manage his condition and eliminate the need for medication. This personal journey inspired him to become a Fitness Class Instructor, Personal Trainer, and develop a particular interest in diet and nutrition.
