Jo’s journey started post-knee surgery when she discovered a love for resistance training. Holding a degree in Sports Studies, she has educated and trained countless women to achieve their best shape and boost their confidence.

The main aim of Jo Elley Coaching is to help women take control of their bodies, reap the benefits of proper training and nutrition, and feel confident. Jo provides personalised guidance tailored to each individual’s starting point, ensuring effective and sustainable results.

After a life-threatening experience in 2019, Jo’s mission to empower women became even stronger. She launched Project Powerful Women in 2020 to further her goal of transforming lives.
