Possible. I am available for personal training sessions in the High Peak area, including Whaley Bridge. You can choose to have sessions in the comfort of your own home, in the great outdoors, or at my home gym. I offer 1:1, 2:1, and group sessions, so you can decide the option that suits you best.
When it comes to equipment, I have a wide range available for indoor or outdoor use. This includes weights, Olympic bars, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, wall balls, TRX, boxing pads, gloves, and more. So, no matter what type of training you prefer, I have the right tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to personal training, I also offer nutritional advice. I believe in helping my clients develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I can analyse your food diary and provide advice on establishing healthy eating habits for long-term results. If I am unable to help you with your nutritional goals, I have working relationships with local nutritionists and Nutritional Therapists whom I can refer you to.
For those who are not able to train with me in person, I offer online coaching sessions using Zoom. Whether you are in New Zealand or anywhere else in the world, I can provide personalised training sessions to help you reach your fitness goals.
I have a passion for fitness and its impact on physical health and mental well-being. I started my journey in 2009 as a Fitness Instructor and have since studied Physiotherapy at York St John University. Furthermore, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and England Athletics running coach. Besides, I am passionate about helping my clients reintroduce exercise following injury or illness, and I incorporate aspects of physiotherapy into my services to help you remain injury-free and active for as long as possible.
In addition to my personalised training sessions, I offer specialised programmes for different groups. This includes exercise for active older adults, Pilates and Yoga sessions, pre and post-natal training, and running coaching. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, I can help you reach your full potential and excel in your fitness journey.
I am a child-friendly instructor, DBS checked, and CIPSPA registered. Customer satisfaction is my priority, and I am committed to helping you overcome any barriers to exercise and achieve your goals safely.
