Dance is Dorchester's top dance school, offering a wide range of classes for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to share the love, practice, and joy of dance with the Dorchester community.

Led by energetic, experienced, and supportive teachers, our recreational dance program provides a safe and inclusive environment for dancers to learn new moves and techniques. Dancers in this program have the opportunity to perform at our year-end recital and are paired with students of similar skill levels and ages for weekly classes in various dance genres.

For those looking to perform more often, our Performance Dance Team offers opportunities to entertain the local community at various events such as hockey games, parades, festivals, and more. This is a great option for dancers who want to showcase their skills without the commitment of our competitive program.

If the thrill of competition excites you, our Competitive Dance Team is led by competition veteran and studio owner, Miss Julie. Dancers in this program receive structured classes to develop their skills, discipline, and commitment to thrive on stage.

JNS Dance offers classes in ballet, jazz, acro-dance, hip hop, lyrical, and more for dancers of all ages. Our new online registration system makes signing up for classes easier than ever, and our dress code ensures that dancers are dressed safely and appropriately for class.
