The club operates under the guidance of the Japan Karate-Do Ryobu-Kai (JKR), the original and only governing body for Shind Jinen-Ry. It is led by a committee with Kiyoshi Yamazaki, 9th Dan, serving as Kaicho (President) and International Director. With branches in over 20 countries, JKR is known for its emphasis on discipline, consistent attendance, etiquette, and hard work. It incorporates elements of Koryu-te, aikido, jujutsu, and Kenjutsu in its curriculum, providing a comprehensive training experience.
