At Five Rings Grappling Academy, we prioritise safety. Our training flooring is double matted at 80 mm, providing extra cushioning and reducing the risk of injuries. We also maintain strict hygiene practises, with our mats being cleaned and sprayed daily.
We offer a variety of classes for both adults and kids. Our Adult BJJ Classes, available six days a week, cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners. We also have Kids BJJ classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additionally, we offer two daytime sessions on Monday and Friday.
The cost of our unlimited adult membership is only 15 per week, and we provide discounts for emergency service personnel, armed forces/veterans, and students.
