We teach jujutsu, kempo and jojutsu to help you learn self defence and develop fitness, self confidence and self control. Training covers moving, falling, striking, blocking, locking and throwing.
You can train at the North Canberra location. Our classes are run in a safe and friendly environment with a courteous, true mind and teaching with kindness approach.
