The academy offers a Taichi Beginners Class for those interested in starting their Taichi journey. The course covers key Taichi stances, hand forms, and strengthens leg works to build a strong foundation for learning the Wu-Style 108 routine steps. New students may be required to go through the Taichi Fundamental Skills course before starting the Taichi routine course.
The Taichi Routine Course is offered as a 1-year or 2-year programme, where students are taught the full Wu-Style 108 routine steps. The academy also offers an Intermediate Taichi Correction course to correct form and steps and an Advance Application & Push Hand course for existing students who have completed the Beginners and Intermediate courses.
