The farm features a five-furlong carpet fibre hill gallop, a four-furlong sand round gallop, a schooling ground equipped with logs, hurdles, and fences, as well as a fully-fitted stable yard with rubber flooring, solarium, ice water spa, wash bays, and horse walkers.

The training grounds at Mount Corbitt provide a premium environment for horses to thrive. The indoor school is utilised during the winter months, while ample grass acreage allows for galloping in fair weather. Horses are also taken to nearby racecourses and the renowned grass gallop once utilised by legendary trainer Vincent OBrien. Turnout paddocks and fields offer horses a chance to relax and unwind when not in training, with a blend of natural herbs and grasses in the grazing areas to optimise their health and well-being.
