Believe in taking a balanced approach to exercise, food, and health. My goal is to help my clients create lasting behavioural changes that will allow them to live a well-balanced and active lifestyle.
With a particular focus on movement and callisthenics (bodyweight exercises), I am passionate about getting people to use their bodies in the way nature intended and to exceed their own expectations. I believe in training for both health and enjoyment, avoiding fad diets and exercise regimes that often lead to short-term results.
To ensure that I provide the highest level of service to my clients, I have obtained several qualifications and continually engage in professional development. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training, as well as certifications in Ante & Postnatal Exercise Design, Emergency First Aid at Work, TRX Instructor, Circuit Training Instructor, and Kettlebell Instructor. I have also attended workshops and training programmes with renowned professionals in the field, such as Steve Cotter, Gold Medal Bodies, MovNat, Phase Six Strong, Wim Hof Method, Tim Sheiff, XPT Performance Breathing, Oxygen Advantage, and Precision Nutrition.
In addition to my personal training work, I also run Do More Movement, a company aimed at sharing my passion for movement and inspiring more people to reap the benefits of an active body and mind. As part of Do More Movement, I host a podcast and organise events called Why We Move, where guests from the health and fitness world share their reasons and passions for staying active.
I have had the opportunity to work with and be featured in publications such as The Telegraph, Grazia, Coach Magazine, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action charity. These experiences have allowed me to reach a wider audience and further emphasise the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
