Perfectly situated at Unit 2, Works, 43 Brunswick Rd, Ashford TN23 1EL, the gym is easily accessible and operates flexible hours to fit busy schedules: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
