Aerial Hammock, also known as Aerial Sling or Aerial Loop, involves performing acrobatic shapes and dance moves on a long piece of fabric hanging from the ceiling in the form of a swing or loop. The academy offers 5-week courses for Aerial Hammock, priced at 53.

In addition to group classes, JD Aerial Fitness Academy also offers one-on-one training sessions. These sessions are tailored to the individual's needs and can focus on various aspects such as pole fitness, aerial fitness, muscle tone, core strength, strength training, and cardio fitness.
