Janine is a fully qualified Holistic Therapy Practitioner and holds comprehensive client and practitioner insurance. She is also accredited with The Guild of Holistic Therapists, ensuring that her clients receive the highest standard of care and professionalism.
Specialising in women's massage, health, and wellness, Janine believes that well-being is intricately connected to our mental health, physical body, and self-perception as women. She recognised the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness and expanded her skills by training as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser, Meditation Teacher, Energy Healer, and Pilates Teacher.
As a passionate advocate for balance in life, Janine also emphasises the benefits of Yoga in achieving overall well-being. Her mission is to help her clients feel more alive, vibrant, and satisfied with their lives.
