Our personalised, one-on-one Pilates coaching is tailored to adults of all ages and fitness levels. We specialise in various areas including Athletic Conditioning, Active for Life, Pre & Post-Natal, and Pre & Post-Rehab. With our expert guidance, you can achieve peak fitness, stay active regardless of your age, address the changing fitness needs of your body, and regain fitness post-physiotherapy while preventing future injuries.
In our private studio lessons, you can expect an energising and results-driven Pilates experience. With 100% of our focus and support, time will fly as you reach your full potential in a structured 50-minute workout. Our sessions strike a perfect balance of challenge and skill, allowing you to unlock a remarkable level of skill and flow through regular practise of matwork and reformer Pilates.
We offer a range of premium Merrithew Equipment for a personalised Pilates experience. Explore moves on our Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Arc Barrel to keep your practise fresh and dynamic.

Appointments at Jane Heath Pilates are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm, and Wednesdays from 8 am to 11 am.
