Jana's own dance career led to injuries, prompting her to switch to personal training. Becoming a mother at 21 and facing body changes from size 6 to 14, Jana decided to focus on helping others transform their fitness journeys.
Jana offers personalised training sessions in her private studio in Hammersmith. She caters to different needs including strength training, muscle building, conditioning, and pre/postnatal fitness. Jana also runs group training sessions, creating a motivating environment for people to achieve their goals together.
