Jamie Betts is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer based in Chiswick, West London. With a lifelong passion for exercise, Jamie decided to turn his love for fitness into a meaningful career. He believes that acquiring an education in the field is crucial in expanding his knowledge of training principles and understanding the physiology of the human body.
Jamie completed his college education and went on to study Health, Exercise & Physical Activity at the University of St Mark and St John, where he obtained a BSc (Hons) degree. This foundational experience has been invaluable in developing Jamie's personal training philosophy. He has since gained 10 years of experience in the industry, working with clients who have a wide range of goals, from fat loss and bodybuilding to preparing for physical challenges like climbing Mount Everest.
Jamie takes pride in his ability to cater to individual needs and designs bespoke training programmes to help his clients achieve their goals. He offers 1-1 coaching, exercise programming, monthly progress tracking, and nutritional support. His clients' success is his greatest reward, and he has worked with individuals of various ages, skill levels, physical limitations, and self-image issues. Witnessing his clients overcome obstacles and become better versions of themselves reinforces Jamie's love for what he does.
In terms of qualifications, Jamie holds a Btec National Diploma in Sport & Health, a BSc (Hons) in Health, Exercise & Physical Activity, and is a certified REPS Personal Trainer. He is also a Level 3 Strength & Conditioning coach and Level 1 Group Studio Cycling instructor.
Jamie offers various training packages to suit different needs and budgets. Payments are made via standing order on the 1st of each month, and there is no long-term contract. His rates for 1-1 training range from 329 per month for one session per week to 884 per month for three sessions per week. For 1-2 training (two clients training together), the rates range from 494 per month for one session per week to 1326 per month for three sessions per week.
