For youth participants aged 12-17, our recreational boxing program introduces the basics of boxing through group learning and individual workout elements. Participants can progress to our competitive program after three months of training. Our junior recreational boxing program, for participants aged 9-12, focuses on developing a wide range of movements, physicality, and awareness, making it an ideal supplement for multi-sport athletes.
For those looking to take their skills to the next level, our junior, and youth competitive boxing programs cater to participants aged 11-18. Participants can start competing in real matches from the year of their 12th birthday, subject to medical clearance and registration with Boxing Ontario. Our adult recreational boxing program offers a mix of fitness and boxing basics, with day and evening coed sessions available four days a week.
For adults aged 19 and up, our master competitive boxing program welcomes participants with or without previous experience. Those looking to compete at a higher level will need to register with Boxing Ontario and undergo a sports medical to ensure they are fit to box.
