Before diving into the world of personal training, Jake followed his passion for boxing. With just 6 weeks to prepare for his first competition, he not only honed his own skills but also coached boys and girls for six years. This experience shaped his approach to training, focusing on both physical fitness and coaching others effectively.
After leaving the army, Jake pursued his true calling: helping others achieve their fitness goals. He earned his Level 3 Personal Training qualification, gaining expertise in nutrition, fitness programmes, and motivational coaching.
Jake offers a variety of services to meet individual needs, including personal training, nutrition guidance, physical health support, and motivation. He provides one-on-one coaching with weekly catch-ups to ensure progress. Jake is dedicated to offering affordable prices and customised plans to suit each client's specific requirements.
