When it comes to equipment and facilities, JA Fitness Studio has you covered. We have a variety of spaces, including a weights room, cardio room, functional fitness private room with a TV, and our very own boxing studio complete with a ring. This allows you to maximise your workouts and find the right space for your fitness routine.
In terms of classes, we offer a wide range of options for you to try. Our weekly classes provide a mixture of fitness and learning opportunities, and we welcome individuals of any ability level. From boxing to strength training to core work, we have a class for everyone.
