Join Jac Jossa Fitness at the Jac Jossa Academy in Bexleyheath for a fantastic summer fitness experience! The Jac Jossa Academy offers a range of classes throughout the week to help you stay active and have fun.
Here is our class schedule:
- On Monday, we have Dance Fit in Studio 2 from 7.30-8.30PM.
- On Tuesday, we offer Heels Class in Studio 2 at 10.30-11.30AM and 11.30AM-12.30PM. In addition, there is another Heels Class from 8-9PM.
- On Wednesday, you can join our Boogie Bounce class in Studio 2 from 10.30-11.30AM and 7.30-8.30PM.
- On Thursday, we have Street Adults in Studio 2 from 7-8PM, followed by another Dance Fit class from 7.30-8.30PM.
- Finally, on Friday, you can choose between our Full Body Conditioning classes in Studio 2 /3 at 10.15-11.15AM, 11.30AM-12.30PM, and 6-7PM.
To book your fitness or dance class, please contact Jac Jossa Academy at 0800 03 85 917. Please note that all classes need to be booked and paid for in advance. The cost for one dance class is $8 for Heels and Adult Street classes, while the cost for one fitness class is $7.
