Harmony. The instructors at ISKF New Brunswick are dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to defend themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

The club offers classes for both adults and children, catering to all skill levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are looking to improve your physical fitness, learn self-defence techniques, or simply enjoy the discipline of martial arts, ISKF New Brunswick has something to offer for everyone.

Under the leadership of Sensei Nathaniel Pomar, a second-degree black belt with over 13 years of experience in Shotokan Karate, students can expect high-quality instruction and guidance. Sensei Pomar has a wealth of experience in competitive karate and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others.

ISKF New Brunswick operates as a non-profit organization, with instructors volunteering their time to teach classes. The only fees associated with the club are a yearly registration fee of $35, which covers membership in the International Shotokan Karate Federation and insurance, as well as fees for grading and purchasing a karate GI (uniform).

Joining ISKF New Brunswick is a great way to learn self-defence, improve physical fitness, and develop discipline and focus.
