Founded by Frances Manias, a Physique Coach and Iron Sisters founder with over 25 years of experience in coaching physique, fitness, powerlifting, and performance, Iron Valley offers a unique training experience for all levels of athletes.

At Iron Valley, members have access to top-of-the-line equipment including barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, and more, to support their fitness journey. The gym offers a variety of classes and seminars, including Learn to Lift Seminars, Physique-based seminars, and mobility for strength sessions, to help individuals improve their technique, knowledge, and confidence in the gym.
