Welcome to Iron Sharpens Iron Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, a renowned martial arts club located in Winchester. With a focus on providing a friendly and safe environment for learning, Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) BJJ is dedicated to teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

ISI BJJ aims to provide both beginners and experienced practitioners with practical and effective training sessions. Whether you are looking to defend yourself, improve your fitness, or compete, our classes are designed to cater to your individual goals.

Conveniently situated just a five-minute walk away from Winchester train station, our training facility is located at the Lido Sports Centre. We offer training sessions on various days throughout the week. On Monday, join us from 20:45 to 22:15, while our kids' class takes place on Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00. Wednesday training sessions run from 18:00 to 19:15, and on Saturdays, we train from 10:00 to 11:30.

Curious to give Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a try? We invite you to come down and join us for a session. To make it even better, your first session is entirely free! To book your taster session, simply click the provided link and make sure to fill in the necessary waiver form before your arrival.
