Iron House Performance Center

Iron House Performance Center in Cliffwood provides elite strength and conditioning with individualized training programs for athletes and driven adults. The focus is sport performance, using custom plans built around comprehensive assessments for physiological and psychological demands of each sport. Programs are designed for youth athletes, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and include training aimed at improving speed and strength. All sessions are by appointment only, with coaching tailored to the athlete and their sport.
